Remuneration and Terms of Service Committee

The Remuneration and Terms of Service Committee (the Committee) is a non-executive committee
whose members have a role that includes the determination of the remuneration, benefits and
terms of service of all posts covered by the Pay Framework for Executive and Senior Managers
(ESMs). The Committee was established by NEIS Resolution's Board, which determines its terms
of reference, and met three times during the 2021/22 year. All meetings were quorate.
